Business Analyst – Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Our client in the automotive industry, is seeking a business analyst to join their dynamic team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets using Excel/Power BI, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and advising on profitability.
• Evaluate data critically and make informed financial recommendations.
• Optimise business processes for cost efficiency and value maximization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement modern technological solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop business cases and create data visualizations.
• Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance, and communicate key updates.
• Facilitate meetings to capture and communicate stakeholder requirements.
• Use data modeling and analytics to support strategic decisions and reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelorâ??s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Information Systems.
• Skills: Proficient in financial and data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Attributes: Client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and strong in communication.
• Experience: Consulting background preferred, with a focus on project and relationship management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong in Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation tools.
• Mindset: Continuous improvement, critical thinking, and effective collaboration with teams.
