Key Responsibilities:
    • Champion both the visitor-facing and industry-facing brands.
    • Analyse brand positioning and visitor insights to shape and communicate the organisation’s ambition.
    • Translate brand elements into cohesive plans and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across the organisation.
    • Lead creative development to inspire action among target audiences.
    • Set performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and sales projections.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
    • Track market trends, research visitor markets, and monitor competitors.
    • Drive ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
    • Develop innovative strategies for brand growth.
    • Align stakeholders around brand direction and strategies.
 
 
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
 
    • Industry relevant qualification – Diploma or Degree.
    • 6–8 years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management.
    • Proven success in developing brand strategies with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
    • Skilled in identifying target audiences and crafting impactful campaigns.
    • Strong analytical abilities, combined with a creative and data-driven approach.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Up to date with current marketing trends and best practices.
    • Hospitality and Tourism experience preferred but not a deal breaker.
