• Oversee all branch operations, including:
• Customer service excellence
• Achieving sales targets and driving branch growth
• Stock control and logistics coordination
• Staff performance, motivation, and HR administration
• Training, development, and OHS compliance
• General administration and branch security
• Building and equipment maintenance
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
• Enhance the company’s presence and reputation in the market
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business success

 
Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification (Business Management certificate/degree or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within building materials or construction sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom
• Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record
