Billing Supervisor
Job Description
The above position is vacant in Midrand, reporting to the Billing Manager.
The purpose of the position is to compile and manage the monthly billing of all services rendered by the business. The billing needs to be compiled based on the various contractual agreements. The billing is currently compiled across an array of systems of which you will be required to have extensive knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Years prior billing experience.
- Post matric qualifications in the relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of excel (essential).
- General understanding of contracts and the interpretation thereof.
- Prior Cash Industry experience.
- Experience in database management.
- Experience in working in a team.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)
- Preparation of the various billing files for invoicing.
- Correct application of the contractual agreement.
- Management of the current billing database.
- Attention to detail.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed on time.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all billing.
- Ability to report on the various product types.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Ability to assist and resolve queries relating to billing.
