- Plan, launch, and optimize B2C performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and additional platforms like TikTok or Snapchat.
- Own full-funnel paid strategy focused on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and LTV.
- Build and manage audience segmentation, creative testing (copy/visual), and bidding strategies tailored for consumer conversion.
- Monitor daily performance data, proactively identify optimization levers, and scale what works.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to align messaging, offers, and funnel cohesion.
- Lead weekly performance reviews, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current on platform algorithm updates and emerging trends in B2C performance marketing.

Our client is a fast-growing ad-tech firm dedicated to delivering world-class media and advertising solutions to both publishers and consumers. They’re seeking a B2C Paid Media Expert to spearhead performance-driven campaigns targeting consumer audiences. You’ll execute and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging B2C platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with full ownership over performance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills
- Paid Media: 3 to 4 years
- Meta Ads Platforms: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of direct-to-consumer paid media experience with hands-on execution across multiple platforms (Meta Ads is a must).
- Demonstrated track record of managing high-performance campaigns—preferably $100K+ monthly budgets.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, conversion funnels, and digital performance metrics.
- Mastery in creative testing frameworks, copywriting hooks, and value proposition alignment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tracking tools (e.g. Pixel, GTM, attribution software).
- Proficiency in Google DV360 and The Trade Desk to optimize and deliver campaigns.
- Experience working with eCommerce or subscription-based B2C businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset, bias for action, and relentless focus on growth metrics.
- Bonus: Familiarity with lifecycle/retention marketing (email, SMS) or ad-tech consumer targeting
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
