Job Description


As the B2B Team Leader, you will manage a team of six to drive revenue growth through strategic management of B2B sales channels, targeting resellers and business end users.
 
  • A strong background in B2B sales within IT Reseller, Distributor, or Vendor environments.
  • Experience selling tangible products such as smartphones, PCs, or tablets.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales is essential.
  • Excel in C-suite-level communication and being fluent in English is essential.
  • You will have successfully developed and executed sales strategies.
  • Possess a deep understanding of B2B market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools are critical
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential
 
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, developing affordability tools for B2B, building and maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue growth, overseeing product promotion, and delivering comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports to headquarters.
 
The team’s leadership will involve motivating and guiding subordinates to achieve shared goals while leveraging data insights to refine sales efforts.
 
Success in this role will be measured by gross profit, revenue, gross margin, stock of sales, market share growth, and return on investment for marketing campaigns.
 
A hands-on, energetic, and charismatic approach is vital for thriving in this dynamic environment.
