What we are looking for: A hands-on art director with experience managing a team.

What you will do

• Lead the visual identity and creative direction across branding, marketing, and more, ensuring designs reflect the company’s vision.
• Oversee and inspire the design team, manage project timelines, maintain quality standards, and collaborate cross-departmentally to support company goals.

What you must have

• Five or more years in a senior design or creative leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in branding, visual strategy, and project management
• Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a team
• Experience in fostering collaboration and resolving team challenges
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
