Our client is looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join their dynamic and growing property-focused business. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organised, and able to support a range of administrative duties, from email management to system clean-up. Previous experience working within the property industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day admin tasks including email correspondence, data entry, and document filing.
Inbox & Calendar Management: Use Outlook to help maintain an organised inbox and manage scheduling needs.
System Maintenance: Support the cleanup and organisation of company systems and files, ensuring all data is accurately maintained.
General Office Coordination: Assist in ad-hoc tasks that support smooth business operations.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative support role (property industry experience preferred)
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a remote setting
