ACCOUNTANT – BCom (Fixed Term Contract – 3 months)

We are looking for an Accountant to assist with preparation of year end audit for a 3-month period, starting as soon as possible. Must BE Available immediately.

The ideal candidate should have a BCom or be a newly qualified CA(SA) (or have completed articles or part but not yet qualified) or have experience working as an Accountant with a solid understanding of systems, processes, and reconciliations. Experience with Xero is required.

A decent knowledge of audit procedures and an understanding of what auditors will be looking for support is essential. The role involves bank reconciliations, payment allocations, GL recons, VAT reconciliations and returns, and preparation for audit.
