Reports To: Finance Manager

Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for the organization. The Accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
– Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
– Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
– Prepare and maintain budget and forecast reports
– Assist in the preparation of financial audits
– Research and implement best practices in financial reporting and accounting procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA certification preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
