Account Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the IT sector
– Drive sales of Microsoft products, solutions, and services
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services
– Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the IT industry
– Strong knowledge of IT Solution Selling, including hardware solutions and also Microsoft
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organisational and time-management skills
– Availability for travel as needed
– Valid Drivers license with own vechicle
