ACADEMIC OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Academic Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining student records; including Reseller Administration, responding to product queries, Reseller Administration, Assessment administration, Database and Register Management, Communication with Resellers and Students, Support Centre Administration and Support.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a systematic and organised filing system for student records, assessment materials and related documents.
- Implement version control for important documents to track changes and updates over time.
- Provide administrative support in the setup and coordination of assessment cycles.
- Collaborate with the Assessment Office to ensure the smooth execution of assessments, including addressing any issues that arise during assessments.
- Complete assessment paperwork before and after assessments.
- Work closely with management and the Academic team to prioritise tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
- Respond to student queries.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years diploma/ degree NQF Level 6/7
- 1 – 2 years work experience in a similar role
