Successful candidate will be responsible for various admin sales tasks, running the day-to-day repairs and calibration related operations. Responsible for all relevant documentation and ensuring the services and repairs department runs smoothly.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Job cards
- Quotations
- Sales orders and costing sheets
- Dealing with suppliers
- Dealing with customers and their service queries
- Account queries
- Freight charges
- Import clearance
- Sap summary analysis
- Reporting, forecasting and planning
Required:
- Matric
- Dyna Supervisory certificate
- Business admin related tertiary qualification
- DRG Cat 6 certificate
- relevant experience in a similar position
- must live in the Vaal area currently
