Workshop Foreman (VW Master Technician) – East Rand – Gauteng

A well-established dealership in Pretoria is seeking a Volkswagen or Audi certified Master Technician or Workshop Foreman.

Remuneration:
R28 000 Basic Salary + Benefits

Responsibilities:                                                            

• Manage and grow workshop technicians
• Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
• Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
• Ensure high-quality customer service is met
• Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
• Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
• Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate
• Volkswagen or Audi certified (non-negotiable!)
• Valid Drivers License
• Computer literate
