Job description
To build out and project manage campaigns across all platforms within the Primedia ecosystem.
Key outputs
Proposal development and costing
- Ability to take an idea and plan and schedule it within specified time and budget constraints
- Accurate costing of campaigns that accounts for all media elements and direct costs involved, by liaising with the relevant Departments when necessary
- Delivery of proposals and costs within agreed-upon deadlines
Campaign management
- Implementation of all sold campaigns within your portfolio, which includes:
- Attend/arrange all project meetings/briefings as required
- Provision of chase lists to clients upon booking
- Active client liaison around the implementation of campaigns on behalf of the Creative Solutions department
- Loading of prizes in the PSD System and sending prize invoices timeously
- Gathering all necessary approvals for campaigns to go live within campaign timelines
- Any campaign revisions to be made and communicated to the relevant departments and implemented effectively
- All campaign-related communications are to be centralised on Asana so briefs are tracked effectively from inception to delivery
- Communicate project status/potential problems with solutions to teams in a timely manner
- Manage projects to a high standard that reflects the creative output of PMB
- Anticipate and be proactive in facilitating the smooth flow of projects through the organization to meet the team’s/client’s expectations
- Brief in the post-campaign analyses for debrief purposes
Stakeholder management
- Work closely with relevant teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams’ expectations
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships across the business with both internal and external clients as well as key partners and alliances
- Understand the primary needs of each stakeholder and partner to close any gaps
- Build and manage key stakeholder service level agreements
Educational qualifications
- Matric
- Business Administration Certificate or Diploma
Required knowledge and experience
- Understanding of the media sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
