Senior Design Manager / Design Studio Manager

What we are looking for: Senior design manager/ design studio manager.

What you will do: You’ll be responsible for setting the design strategy, implementing the corporate identity and collaborating closely with the marketing team and key clients. Your expertise will also involve working with external digital, creative and media agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions. You will lead the in-house design studio and drive groundbreaking projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the marketing manager, guiding the creative direction and ensuring that the brand message resonates across digital platforms and traditional media.

What you must have:

• Three-year graphic design degree/ diploma qualification
• Five to eight years of experience in design within an agency background
• Experience in packaging design
• Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production
• Knowledge and experience within interactive media 
• You must have design for print, digital, OOH
• Animation and motion design would be advantageous
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Adobe Suite of programmes including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of marketing communication media processes
• Knowledge of creative and graphic design principles
