Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure that customers are contacted, and quotes sent, within 24 hours and that all calls are followed up, and managed professionally and accurately.
- To provide knowledgeable and quality advice to customers.
- Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth
- Selling value and solutions to the customers.
- Have good market awareness and identify opportunities within the market.
- Ensure all administration is kept up to date i.e., call reports, weekly and cyclical planners, customer information, quotes lost, projected sales etc. (Bluewave & Autoline)
- Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to); Customer days, tenders, finance applications, assisting debtors, filing.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Must have a minimum of five years or more relevant working experience within the compressed air industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Autoline experience would be an advantage.
- Highly motivated, detail orientated and customer-focused.
- Good time management.
- Need to be able to work under pressure.
- Accountability and dependability are essential
