Product Support Representative

The successful candidates’ core function will be aftermarket sales (parts and service work)

Responsibilities: 

• Achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure that customers are contacted, and quotes sent, within 24 hours and that all calls are followed up, and handled professionally and accurately.
• To provide knowledgeable and quality advice to customers.
• Establishing an environment and foundation for future aftermarket sales growth (service work).
• Selling value and solutions to customers.
• Have good market awareness and identify opportunities within the market.
• Ensure all administration is kept up to date i.e., call reports, weekly and cyclical planners, customer 
• information, quotes lost, projected sales etc.
• Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to); Tenders, project work, assisting debtors, filing etc. 

Qualifications: 

• Matric.
• Must have a minimum of five years or more relevant working experience within the compressed air industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Autoline experience would be an advantage.
• Highly motivated, detail orientated and customer-focused.
• Good time management.
• Need to be able to work under pressure.
• Accountability and dependability are essential.
