We are MOED Digital, a lead generation agency specialising in debt review leads with ambitions to expand into various financial services industries. We focus heavily on TikTok ads but also leverage other platforms to drive high-quality leads for our clients.
We’re looking for an experienced paid media specialist with a strong background in lead generation to join our team. This person will play a critical role in creating, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring that clients consistently receive a high volume of quality leads within their budget constraints.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign creation and management: Develop, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Ad strategy: Design and implement ad strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on maximising lead quality and minimising cost per lead (CPL).
- Collaboration with creative team: Work closely with the creative team to guide the production of engaging and effective ad content, ensuring visuals and messaging align with the lead generation strategy.
- Performance monitoring and optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to maintain or improve CPL and lead conversion rates.
- Reporting and analysis: Generate reports on campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead quality management: Ensure that the generated leads are of high quality and possess strong potential for conversion based on client feedback and data analysis.
- Platform specialisation: Maintain a strong understanding of TikTok Ads, as well as other platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, with a particular focus on lead generation strategies.
- Budget management: Oversee client ad budgets, ensuring efficient spending while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
- Financial services experience (advantageous): Experience in managing lead generation campaigns for clients within the financial services sector, particularly debt review, is a significant advantage.
Work model:
- Hybrid work model: Three days in the office, two days remote.
- Office located in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns for lead generation, particularly on TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge and experience with TikTok Ads, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to decrease CPL while improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure effective and compelling ad content.
- Experience with financial services or debt review lead generation is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
