SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR [MANUFACTURING]

Location: Johannesburg

Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process outbound deliveries.
  • Daily cycle counting (WIP).
  • Perform daily cycle counting in finished good and inspection.
  • Perform a cycle count (WIP) in all departments weekly.
  • Assist with stock counts and capturing onto the system.
  • Update the sales schedule.
  • Create and share the daily / weekly plans to support customer requirements.
  • Create and share reports on stock levels.
  • Share information on service delivery performance weekly.
  • Receives and distributes finished goods.
  • Update customers’ releases and communicates with customers.
  • Label finished goods and raw materials.
  • Outbound transport management of goods.
  • Manage the inbound raw material processes and inspection process.
  • Responsible for housekeeping and 5S.
  • Manage the raw material and finished goods warehouses.
  • Updates inventory management system documentation.
  • Finished goods inventory management.
  • Raw material inventory management.
  • IMS audit support from statutory bodies and customers.
  • Review suitable continuous improvement activities related to scope of operation.
  • Process customer requirements.
  • Actively pursue optimum inventory levels in finished goods to support the customer requirements – 100% delivery performance.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers by meeting service delivery and quality requirements.
  • Capture stock on SAP.
  • Support team during quality and customer audits.
  • Process documents on the customer portal and generate labels and upload data.
  • Raw material procurement support.
  • Supply chain support.
