Position: Front Desk Team Leader

As a team leader concierge, you’ll be at the forefront of our guest experience, leading a team of dedicated concierge staff to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.


  • Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they excel in their roles and embody our commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Managing Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Administration: Manage petty cash and other financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Shift Rosters: Develop and manage shift rosters for the concierge team, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services, maintaining open communication and a spirit of teamwork.

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, guest services capacity.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
