Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 per month – based on skillset and previous experience  

Relocation Africa is a leading company in the global mobility sector in Africa, with our Head Office based in Kenilworth, Cape Town and we are looking for an Account Specialist (Mobility Division)

Main Purpose of the Role/Job Description: 

The Account Specialist is a fully operational role actively engaged in managing and working closely with many stakeholders ranging from the client (who initiates the service) through to the final product being delivered – eg – home search delivered to an assignee.    
The services are delivered by trained ground consultants located in various countries across Africa.
The core responsibility of the Account Specialist is to deliver the service to the standards set by the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed appropriately.

Educational Requirements: 

  • Senior certificate
  • Relevant tertiary education in project management, hospitality, or other relevant areas 

Previous Experience:

  • 3+ years working in a similar role or managing remote service delivery projects through agents
  • Experience working on various client accounts or portfolios with strong evidence of completing projects

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
  • Relationship Building: Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others to attain project goals and successful project completions
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting diverse cultural backgrounds and practices in various countries and settings
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects efficiently from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met and required reporting information is captured accurately
  • Reporting: Ability to understand, process and discern relevant information relating to the projects being managed
  • General: High level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and top quality projects
