Job summary:

Outsourcery is in search of a proficient Paid Campaign Manager poised to create and execute winning campaign strategies that not only meet client expectations but exceed them. In this role, you will manage budgets, teams, and timelines to drive optimal campaign performance, delivering impactful results through strategic prowess and seamless coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategise, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns across leading platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analyses to identify lucrative campaign opportunities.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to resonate with target audiences.
  • Establish and effectively manage campaign budgets to maximise resource allocation effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and leverage findings to elevate campaign performance continually.
  • Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Remain abreast of the latest paid advertising trends and platforms, infusing cutting-edge strategies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns.


  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in paid advertising management.
  • Proficiency across major ad campaign platforms: Meta, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, ideally Display, Video and Shopping), LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest (preferred).
  • Possession of Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Search Certification, and Google Analytics Certification.
  • Experience in crafting proposals is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of executing e-commerce/conversion-based campaigns is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attentive listener with an unwavering eye for detail.
  • Highly organised with exemplary time management skills, adept at meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new applications and software quickly.
  • Upholds a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage demanding workloads.
  • South African citizen or holds Permanent Residency.
