A well-established automotive dealership based in Paarl, Western Cape is looking for a experienced part sales executive.
Duties (but not limited to):
- Service existing clients
- Parts sourcing
- Assist service department with parts request orders
- Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
- Provide best customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Receive and log stock into inventory
- Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
- Maintain parts department neat and tidy
Requirements:
- Must have parts sales experience in the automotive industry (commercial or passenger)
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Work well under pressure
- Multi-tasker
- Customer care skills
- Good communication skills
