Activation Manager / Supervisor

Who are we looking for: 

We are looking for an activation manager/supervisor to manage campaigns on behalf of clients that want to with sustainable brands to make a difference, for large not-for-profit organisations.

What will you do:

• Coordinating and managing activations and events
• Sourcing and booking and training promoters
• Preparing project plans
• Collating feedback
• Liaising with clients on the ground
• Office administration

What do you need:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to speak multiple African languages
• Excellent attention to detail
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in promotions
• Ability to solve problems
• Confidence to engage with clients
• A can do attitude
• A driver’s licence and own car
• Ability to work out of town for extended periods
• Experience in working on marketing related projects / campaigns
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Passion for people and the planet
• Needs to be a team player
