Our client is seeking a motivated, dedicated and customer-focused parts sales executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their parts needs and providing effective solutions.
- Sales and promotion: Proactively promote and sell automotive parts, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
- Product knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice to customers.
- Order management: Efficiently process parts orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets.
