Electronic Workshop Technician (Open EE)

Our client, a leader in the South African Franchising sector, who specializes in the sale of new and second-hand goods as well as secured loans, is seeking to appoint a seasoned Retail Store Manager/Operator.

This is a hands-on business which will require the manager/operator’s direct involvement in all operations to soothe customer needs and ensure operational excellence.

Full time on Site- Vereeniging

SALARY

R216 000 – R252 000 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational excellence, driving stores sales objectives and maximising income streams
• Effective implementation and delivery of merchandising standards and marketing initiatives
• Drive compliance to meet with operational standards
• Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Effective problem-solving skills mitigating customer complaints
• Managing budgets, inventory, and stock levels to ensure optimal store performance
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store profitability
• Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment that reflects our brand standards
• Live the ethos of service minded culture and actively transfer this culture of excellence to staff members

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric,
• Business or Commercial Degree Pref.
• Valid SA ID | Clear Background Verification Checks
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in retail / operations management role
• Proven track record of delivering on people | processes | operations | finance
• Successfully delivered into robust sales budget, managing your own P&L
