Social Media Manager

Motsepe Advertising is seeking a highly experienced social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of agency experience and a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for clients in various industries
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts for clients
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new social media platforms and features

Qualifications:

• Three + years of experience in an agency setting, specifically in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to think creatively and develop unique social media campaigns
