Reporting to the Instrumentation Manager, this individual plays a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring the efficiency of production processes, and fostering a performance-driven culture within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team in the research, design, development, integration, test, and qualification of Windows-based test equipment
• Drive innovation and improvement of measurement systems
• Manage obsolescence of equipment
• Collaborate closely with Design Engineers in R&D, QA, and Production to ensure efficient production testing of designs
• Ensure delivery of measurement systems meeting performance and timescales as per project requirements
• Develop a performance-driven culture within the team (on spec, on budget, on time)
