To ensure that the sales floor operates effectively and professionally, including sales personnel, merchandising, housekeeping and customer service excellence.

Required:
- Minimum three years’ retail experience
- Skilled in MS Office
- Excellent peoples skills
- Excellent communication, supervisory and administration skills
- Good understanding of logistics and stock control
- Self starter
- Company policies, procedures and legislation
- Knowledge of home linens retail environment
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Merchandising experience
