Key Responsibilities:

FOH:

  • Deliver a positive and energetic greeting to all visitors.
  • Direct calls and visitors to the right person promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
  • Manage courier services and mail distribution.
  • Support the Brand Team with consumer inquiries.
  • Assist with staff functions and conferences.
  • Provide and maintain office supplies.
  • Update and circulate staff contact and birthday lists.
  • Create e-signatures and business cards.
  • Coordinate building security passes and car parking.
  • Assist with HR inductions and general admin.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain supplier transparency.

Facilities:

  • Manage office consumables and contracts.
  • Arrange monthly fumigation and maintain office policies.
  • Oversee cleaning staff and service provider relationships.
  • Source quotes for facility suppliers.
  • Ensure office branding aligns with our dynamic spirit.
  • Handle office security and log any issues.

HSE:

  • Resolve HSE issues and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance plans and environmental reports.

Travel:

  • Assist staff with travel portal issues.
  • Manage profiles for new joiners and terminations.
  • Keep travel records up to date.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with a creative mindset.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Driver’s license code 08.
  • 2 years of FOH and office admin experience.
  • BA in Business Administration or related field.
