SAP ABAP Developer

Requirements: 

• Commitment to working on-site daily is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (strongly advisable)
• Systems design certificate or training
• A Minimum of five years of experience in SAP S4HANA ABAP development
• Experience in researching, interpreting, and applying SAP Notes
• Logging and managing SAP tickets/calls
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules
• SAP ABAP certification (Desirable)
• Experience in working in with SAP S4 Extended Edition / Private Cloud / HEC) (Desirable)
• Fiori Development, SAP BTP tools (E.g.. BAS) as well as low-code no-code tools (Desirable)
• Experience in Pharma, Logistics, or Wholesale amd Distribution Industries (Desirable)
• Familiarity with SAP CPI (Desirable)
• On the job training to be provided when entering this position:  SAP System documentation

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications
• Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP programming language
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP
