Adclick Africa is looking to hire a publisher development Sales Hunter to assist us in acquiring new publishers for our premium advertising network. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is passionate about all things Adtech.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or onsite customer meetings.
- Build and grow a sales pipeline of leading Premium Publishers.
- Research and onboard web publishers to monetise their advertising inventory.
- Develop a plan of action to evaluate and vet the Publisher’s needs while qualifying if they are a good fit for the Adclick Media solutions.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach to understanding clients’ business goals, proposing ideal solutions, and managing their expectations.
- Work with the technical and finance team to optimize performance results.
- Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements, liaising closely with Adclick’s financial and operation departments.
- Be accountable for hitting both volume and qualitative goals laid out each month.
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in digital sales.
- Previous experience in consulting/managing publisher ad inventory or online advertising sales is advantageous.
- Be an expert on technologies used by web publishers to monetise their ad inventory.
- Result-driven, proactive, organised.
- Great negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM Tools.
