Job summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative junior communication strategist to join Havas – the agency of meaningful brands. As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with clients, creatives, media strategists, and account managers to develop effective communication strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, growth, and help build meaning in the world of brands. Main responsibilities:

Strategy development:

  • Assist in crafting communication strategies for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior strategists to refine messaging and positioning.

Content creation:

  • Craft engaging narratives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring strategies to life.
  • Develop digital focused strategies that are innovative, exciting, and meaningful.

Client interaction:

  • Participate in client meetings to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Present strategies and campaign ideas to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, account management, media) to execute strategies.
  • Learn from senior team members and contribute fresh ideas.


  • Minimum experience of 18 months
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, strategy, marketing, or brand and marketing management.
