Job Description


In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top talent for the company, working closely with the Head of HR and other Executive Committee members to evaluate current staffing needs.
 
You will assess staffing requirements, create hiring strategies, and spearhead employment branding initiatives. Your role will involve full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the hiring process and onboarding.
 
Additionally, you will enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and represent the organisation at industry events. You will ensure the company’s ongoing success in acquiring skilled professionals by leveraging various sourcing methods and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates.
 
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 Years experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify top talent.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
