Job Description

You will be a strategic partner to the organisation’s leadership team, providing comprehensive expertise and support in human resources management.
You will possess a robust understanding of HR practices, superior communication abilities, and a track record of fostering effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over five years of HR experience, including a minimum of two years in a business partner capacity.
You must be solid across all competencies, including payroll, recruitment, HR strategies, and reporting, and must be able to hit the ground running, as there is no time for training.
You will be a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, offering guidance on policies and best practices, managing day-to-day employee queries, and handling disciplinary issues.
Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, conducting performance management, driving employee engagement initiatives, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with HR trends and regulations. You will collaborate with the HR team to continuously enhance HR processes and programmes.
