Senior Service Advisor

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Attitude: Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide clear, detailed information about their vehicle service needs.
• Service coordination: Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Technical insight: Explain repair and maintenance work to customers, ensuring they understand the necessity and value of the services provided
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including detailed descriptions of services performed and parts used.
