Our client based in Mossel Bay is seeking a qualified estate agent to join their team. The ideal candidate must be personable and have the relevant experience. This opportunity features an attractive commission structure.
Requirements:
- Qualified property practitioner / estate agent preferable
- Up to date with industry knowledge
- Own vehicle
- Driver’s licence
Duties:
- Liaising with clients to market properties so that they achieve their maximum price.
- Handling inquiries about properties from potential buyers.
- Valuing properties.
- Surveying properties.
- Producing online listings, brochures, videos and other promotional information.
- Travelling to properties and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating the sale and letting of properties.
- Carrying out administration to ensure that sales and lettings are completed legally.
Remuneration: Commission based only
