A dealership based in Cape Town Foreshore is looking for a parts counter sales executive.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using parts catalogs and computer systems.
- Valid drivers licence.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle parts and accessories.
- Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and functionality.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability for repairs.
