Senior Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager

Fast-growing dealership is currently seeking a motivated and experienced pre-owned vehicle sales manager to lead their sales team and drive pre-owned vehicle sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales software.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales leadership: Manage and lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers outstanding performance.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-focused sales process. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Inventory management: Oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles. Ensure optimal inventory levels and display vehicles attractively on the lot.
• Marketing and promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and sales promotions to attract potential buyers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns.
• Reporting and analysis: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
