Full HR and payroll management function within a dynamic print manufacturing environment.
Role includes human resources, payroll, employee relations, benefits admin and the maintenance of compliance within applicable laws and regulations.
Required:
- Matric plus relevant HR qualification
- Min five years’ HR and payroll management experience – computerised systems
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Computerised payroll processing experience
- CCMA CON/ARB process experience essential
- Own transport
- Valid licence
- Able to start ASAP
