Our client seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Client Administrator to provide administrative support to the Paraplanners. Grade 12, experience in the Financial Advisory Industry and an excellent telephone manner are essential. Must be fully proficient in English with high efficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
Responsibilities include client liaison, setting up meetings, data capturing on CRM and internal workflows, portfolio schedules and reviews as well as document management and reporting.
The work environment is fast paced with tight deadlines. Must have own reliable transport as working out of normal hours may be required.
