Section Manager (Trackless) – Mining

Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company based in North-West, is currently seeking a skilled Section Manager (Trackless) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of trackless mining personnel to achieve production targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures
• Monitor and report on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize mine operations

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant degree or diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency
• Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate for Underground/Scheduled Mines.
• 8 years’ experience in the mining industry whereas 3 years’ must be in a managerial role.
• 5 years’ experience in trackless mining operations
