HR MANAGER (Degree + Manufacturing / Textiles)

Our client who is a textile manufacturing company is looking for a HR Manager with manufacturing background and a high level of integrity and confidence to join their team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and development
• Stay up-to-date with relevant HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage the payroll department
• Establish collaboration with SETAs and other training institutions

A Degree in HR Management or similar (non-negotiable). Knowledge of the national bargaining council for clothing, will be an advantage.
