Car dealership based in Fourways is looking for an experienced finance and insurance (F&I) professional with a passion for the automotive industry.
Required:
- Fully qualified
- Proven experience as an F&I manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and financial systems.
Duties:
- Assist customers with financing options and insurance products to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and present suitable financing solutions.
- Process loan applications and liaise with financial institutions to secure approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining terms, conditions, and benefits of financing and insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
