Workshop Foreman

Vehicle Dealership based in Cape Town Foreshore is looking for a workshop foreman to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an automotive workshop environment, with a strong technical background.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining administrative records and reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of workshop staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards.
• Provide training and development to technicians, keeping them updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all work meets our stringent standards.
• Interact with customers, offering expert advice and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on workshop performance and productivity.
