Workshop Foreman

A dealership in the West Rand is looking for a workshop foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow workshop technicians
• Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
• Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
• Ensure high-quality customer service is met
• Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
• Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Trade test certificate (motor mechanic)
• Masters certificate/diagnostic certificate would be beneficial
• Valid driver’s licence
• Computer literate
