Dotsure Ltd has a vacancy in their marketing department for a brand manager.
Dotsure.co.za does insurance differently, and we’re looking for a brand manager to join our team. You’ll need to wear many hats—creatively, strategically, and even literally if you’d like—and be a hard-working, fun-loving individual with a proven history in brand management. You’ll immerse yourself in the brand, understand our customers deeply, and know how to turn analytics into actionable strategies while leading a team that works both virtually and from our office in George on the Garden Route.
This permanent position will be based in George, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing plan to grow the brand or portfolios.
- Ensure brand consistency across all identified client touchpoints.
- Roll out corporate identity.
- Drive internal culture branding.
- Brief and manage the execution of campaigns.
- Plan and manage brand image through public relations strategies and protocols.
- Plan and implement social media strategy.
- Plan and implement gifting strategies, including client, PR, and CSI.
- Strategically plan and execute brand promises across all touchpoints.
- Ensure records are in place for campaign monitoring and measuring to assist with strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and selected team members.
- Oversee business activities related to strategic and financial growth within the brand.
- Coordinate with department heads to integrate objectives and ideas for organisational growth.
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant marketing diploma.
- Three to five years of professional partner, channel, or distributor marketing experience, from strategy to execution, in a digital environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to work in an international virtual team, alongside marketing, sales, product specialists, and business partners.
