• Order Placement: Manage orders with Apple and Syspro efficiently.
• Customs Clearance: Oversee clearing instructions and ensure timely customs processes.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate GRN setups and stock receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Placement:
• Submit orders to Apple and Syspro by COB upon receipt of requests/approvals.
• Customs Clearance:
• Dispatch clearing instructions to DSV by COB upon receiving pre-alerts.
• Create vessels in Syspro to record pre-alerts.
• Delivery Management:
• Set up GRNs and manage stock receipts.
• Reporting:
• Prepare Apple stock stats and GRN tracker reports.
• Compile concealed loss and CCB monthly finance approval reports.
• Handle import/export supply chain activities and manage CCB RTV for stock returns and credit note administration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications:
• University degree and a solid understanding of FOB, FCB, EXW, FAS, DAP, DAT, and CIF.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in a complex environment with both strategic and operational management experience.
• Knowledge of the African market is a plus.
• Attributes:
• Strong operational skills and a passion for tech and supply chain.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
