Recruitment-room Volunteers
Graphic Designer
Job Description
This role is focused on precision and process rather than creativity, with a strong emphasis on preparing files for print production.
You will create and finalise visually engaging paint labels, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
You will have at least 5 years of experience and must be confident in liaising with customers, ensuring that the final product exceeds expectations every time.
A key part of the job involves utilising advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills to adjust and layout artwork, with extreme attention to detail being paramount.
While creative design will make up a small portion of the role, the majority involves getting files print-ready, running trials on machines, and ensuring that labels are accurately printed to client specifications.
You must be comfortable operating print machinery and managing the final print process on the floor.
This position also requires close collaboration with high-profile clients, handling artwork directly from them and ensuring that all design work is correctly aligned with their branding and technical needs.
Communication and efficiency are key, as the role demands quick turnarounds and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise during printing.
